September 5, 2014 by Jon

Welcome to the end of the week! Just sit back, relax, and enjoy this weeks roundup in another edition of Happy Hour.

Taxman Scam

As if the tax code isn’t hard enough deal with, there are tax scams you have to fend off too. You’d think common sense would prevail if it happened to you. The IRS sends out regular alerts when a scam pops up on their radar. You can find the latest here. Remember, you’re first contact with the IRS won’t be a phone call or email. You get an official letter in the mail first. If you’re ever uncertain, call the IRS to double check or report it.

Know What You Own
